Q: How to get a Win Ticket for me?
A: We will give win tickets in many ways. Throwing them randomly in the package, in GA events or contests, etc.

Q: Can I own more than one Ticket?
A: Yes

Q: How many tickets can I use in one round?
A: One for each person

Q: Can you explain the valid thru time?
A: If that says “1st Round/22” it means the First raffle round happens in the year 2022

Q: Can I buy the ticket from your guys?
A: At this moment, no.

Q: If I use them in the blind-box raffle, can I choose my favorite colorway?
A: No. You will have an invoice, but you can’t choose which colorway you like.

We are now deploying multi-shipping services that satisfy our goals for cost savings, speed, and security.

To the USA:

We are using Texas-based proxy shipping with the USPS tracking number. As soon as it arrives at the USPS facility, the tracking will be updated. It generally takes 7-14 business days, depending on your state.

To Singapore:

Like the USA, we also have proxy shipping based in Singapore. Your caps are ship by the local Singapore Post. No tracking number available except the shipping time is speedy. Regularly this will take about 3-7 days for PayPal shipping notification to arrive at customers.

To other countries:

For other countries, usually, we are using Singapore Post. You can track the package by Singapore Post. Sometimes we use Royal Mail to ship to EU countries but not often. Regularly this will take about 14-21 business days for the PayPal shipping notification to arrive at customers.

You can track your number at the official site of the Shipping services. Or you can use our favorite tracking site/ apps to follow them as well. It’s 17track.

To help the package arrived safely, please give your information exactly.

Your Name (For shipping)/ Your Phone number (For shipping): Must be the name/ phone number of the person who received the package.

The address you give must be in English.

Sometimes delays happen,  the reasons come from disaster or disease. If you have not received your package for more than 30 days from the PayPal shipping notification, please feel free to contact us.
